One local man who has struggled with autism his entire life, is spreading a message of hope.  Russell Lehmann has even won several awards for his work as an author, poet, advocate and motivational speaker.

That includes Reno-Tahoe's "Most Outstanding Young Professional Under 40," and his work is even archived in the Library of Congress. 

Lehmann wants others like him to know that it does get better.
