The local gun shop owner accused of selling illegal guns to undercover agents pleaded not guilty inside a Reno courtroom Thursday afternoon.
Safe Shot store owner James Harwin is charged with six federal indictments for selling several illegally modified guns to undercover agents.
His trial is set for August.
If convicted, the 59-year-old faces up to 55 years in prison, and up to $1.5 million in fines.
