The Sparks Police Department (SPD) says on Saturday they were dispatched to the 2100 block of Roundhouse Road on the report of possible child luring and lewdness with a child.
They say upon completion of the on-scene investigation, a single suspect, Brandon Rhodes, was arrested for kidnapping in first degree, lewdness with a child under 14 and luring a child.
SPD says further investigation will be conducted by Sparks Police Detectives.
They say the victim's identity is being withheld due to age.
