UPDATE: The Washoe County Regional Medical Examiner's Office identified the man shot and killed during a neighborhood dispute on Valentine's Day.
Officials say 62-year-old Reno resident Leroy Souza died from multiple gunshot and shotgun wounds at the Rosewood Park Apartments on Mira Loma. The manner of death was determined to be homicide.
The investigation remains ongoing but officials say there are no outstanding suspects.

ORIGINAL STORY: Police say one person is dead after a neighborhood dispute at Rosewood Park Apartments on Mira Loma Sunday night.
Reno Police officers responded after several residents heard gunshots, around 8:30 p.m.
Upon arrival, police learned that two neighbors had been involved in an ongoing dispute.
Police say both of the neighbors had firearms and exchanged gunfire, leaving one of them dead.
Police say there are no outstanding suspects at this time.
The investigation remain ongoing.
