Faith Justis joined the KTVN team in December 2022 as a weekday reporter. She is a Nevada native with roots in Las Vegas, but she came up to Reno to get her bachelor’s in journalism from UNR. After graduating in 2021, she spent a year and a half working for print newspapers in northern Nevada before accepting a job with 2 News Nevada.

Faith became a journalist because she loves storytelling and breaking news. Some of her most memorable on-the-job experiences include hiking with pack goats, interviewing people who carry whips in downtown Reno, and puppeteering a giant mechanical squid.

When she’s not busy chasing stories around Northern Nevada, Faith enjoys reading, trying out new recipes, flying with her aviator husband, and crocheting sweaters for her cat.
