Around 3 o'clock Saturday the Washoe County Sheriffs Office assisted tribal police in searching for a man that had reportedly fallen overboard while boating on Pyramid Lake.
Washoe County tells us that their search and rescue team, the Raven helicopter, and one boat were assisting in the rescue. CareFlight was also called to the scene.
As of Sunday evening, tribal police tell us that no one was found in the lake and search and rescue efforts were suspended on Saturday. They are now waiting for more sophisticated equipment to be brought to the area to resume the search.
