The Nevada football team has released its schedule for the 2020 season.
The Wolf Pack will play six home games at Mackay Stadium this season, including non-conference games against UC Davis and UTEP.Â
Mountain West opponents in Mackay Stadium this season include West Division showdowns against San Diego State, Fresno State and San José State, plus a visit from Wyoming of the Mountain Division.
Season-ticket deposits are on sale now. Nevada is finalizing ticket prices for the upcoming season and the renewal process for season-ticketholders is expected to begin in March. For more information, call (775) 348-PACK or visit NevadaWolfPack.com.
Longtime foe UC Davis comes to Mackay Stadium on Aug. 29 to open the 2020 season. Nevada will then hit the road as it travels to play Arkansas on Sept. 5, which will be the Pack’s second game against an SEC opponent in the past three seasons.
Nevada returns home to Mackay Stadium on Sept. 12 to play host to UTEP to complete a two-game series against the Miners. Last year, the Wolf Pack scored a 37-21 win over UTEP in El Paso. The Pack then heads southeast to take on South Florida in Tampa on Sept. 19.
Mountain West play opens Sept. 26 as Nevada plays host to San Diego State at Mackay Stadium. The Pack will then travel to Hawai`i to face the Rainbow Warriors on Oct. 3 at Aloha Stadium.
The first of two bye weeks comes after six games and Nevada returns to action on Oct. 17 at New Mexico. The Wolf Pack took down the Lobos 21-10 last year at Mackay.
The Wolf Pack closes October with a pair of home games – Oct. 24th against West Division rival Fresno State and then a Nevada Day weekend matchup against Utah State on Oct. 31.
Nevada travels to face San José State on Nov. 7 before returning home for the final regular season home game on Nov. 14 against Wyoming.Â
After the second bye weekend of the season, the Wolf Pack closes to the 2020 regular season on Nov. 28 in the Battle for the Fremont Cannon against UNLV.
The Mountain West championship game is scheduled for Dec. 5.
