Secret Witness is offering a $500 reward for information leading to the arrest of a grand larceny suspect.
According to the Carson City Sheriff's Office, 45-year-old Cecilia Garcia allegedly befriended and exploited an 86-year-old Carson City man and stole his truck.
The truck was found on Monday, July 15 near Keystone Avenue in Reno, but it was severely damaged.
Detectives believe Garcia is in Reno near Keystone Avenue.
Garcia is 5'6", 150 pounds, and has black hair, brown eyes and tattoos on her neck.
