Cal Fire Amador-El Dorado Unit has announced a temporary burn suspension in the area.
According to a post on X, Cal Fire says that effective at 12:01 a.m. on Wednesday, June 11, all burning will be suspended in the Tahoe Basin & Alpine County, due to increased fire danger.
Cal Fire will continue to monitor conditions closely, and plans on releasing their next update on the burn status on Friday, June 13.
