Multiple people had to be rescued after a large water pipe burst in a powerhouse in Yuba County.
First responders say one person was rescued by helicopter and taken to a hospital.
The pipe failure triggered flooding throughout the new Colgate Powerhouse, resulting in evacuations and even damaged power lines, leaving thousands without power.
Officials are still investigating the cause, but they say the flow of water has been shut off.
