According to a recent post from the City of Reno Government, Mayberry Drive is now open.

Original Story (6/6/2025, 6:55 a.m.):

A portion of Mayberry Drive in Reno is currently closed due to a mudslide. Mayberry is closed between W. 4th and Plateau Road.

Crews are hoping to clear the roadway by noon after cleanup started around 9 p.m. on Thursday. 

Authorities say about three feet of water and mud slid onto the roadway, temporarily trapping two people in their cars that later had to be towed away.
