The 30th annual Lake Tahoe Summit returns to the region this week, bringing state, tribal, and federal leaders together to speak on restoration progress in the Tahoe Basin.
Because of the event, Sand Harbor State Park will be temporarily closed to the public on Wednesday.
Visitors will not be able to enter the park until it reopens around 5 p.m.
