The Carson City Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public's help identifying the suspect of vehicle theft.
Deputies say the car was stolen in the area of Rand Avenue in Carson City on December 12.
On December 16, 2023 Carson City Special Enforcement Detectives found the stolen vehicle near Long Street and Humboldt Lane.
After further investigation, detectives gathered surveillance video of the suspect (pictures above). They show a thin man wearing a red Reebok sweater, a blue baseball cap, blue jeans, and brown boots.
