A new restaurant promising a menu full of global inspiration has opened today inside the Reno Public Market.
Bol de Mélange—a name that means "mixture" in French—is located in the main food hall at RPM, and features a menu packed with healthy and delicious dishes.
Some of the restaurant's offerings include honey mustard chicken wraps and crispy chicken schnitzel, to nutritious salads made with quinoa, edamame beans and baby beets.
According to owner Selman Ozhan, "At Bol de Mélange, our goal is to create a dining experience that combines the finest flavors from around the world with health-conscious options. We’re thrilled to join Reno Public Market and share our passion for fresh and delicious cuisine with the local community."
