Lanes will be reduced on Interstate 580 south of Reno July 13 through 16 as the Nevada Department of Transportation performs routine bridge inspections.
Single lane closures will take place on I-580 approximately three miles south of the Mt. Rose Highway intersection daily.
Closures will primarily take place on the northbound interstate Monday and Tuesday, followed by southbound lane reductions on Wednesday and Thursday.
- Speed limits will be reduced to 55 mph.
- Drivers should expect moderate travel delays and are advised to leave extra travel time.
- The work schedule is subject to change.
