A Carson City judge has ordered the Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles to turn over all communications between the DMV and ICE for a private review.
That's according to the ACLU, which sued the DMV for allegedly not releasing public records related to ICE.
The ACLU says the DMV has five days to submit a sworn declaration that it has searched all related records.
We reached out to the DMV for a statement and were told it can't comment on any pending litigation.
