A 60-year-old man was arrested on felony charges after deputies recovered a stolen trailer.
The Washoe County Sheriff's Office says surveillance footage captured the theft of a heavy-duty trailer from a local business in Sun Valley.
During an overnight patrol, deputies stopped a vehicle towing a trailer that matched the description of the stolen property.
Despite damage to the trailer's vehicle identification number (VIN), deputies were able to ID it and return the trailer to its owner.
The driver, Edward Ercolini, was arrested on felony charges of possession of stolen property and unlawful removal of a VIN.
