Catholic Charities of Northern Nevada and The Nugget are teaming up to serve 1,500 meals to those in need on Christmas Day.
It is happening from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the St. Vincent’s Dining Room on Valley Road, according to a release from Catholic Charities.
There are no requirements or reservations necessary to have a meal.
The meal will feature BBQ pork ribs, mac & cheese, corn, roasted red potato wedges, corn cobettes, rolls, and pumpkin pie
Additionally, meals will be delivered to the CARES Campus and Reno Behavioral Health.
