City of Reno Code Enforcement Dashboard

The City of Reno has a new online portal to track code enforcement.

The City says it deals with about 20 code enforcement cases every day on average.

Yard maintenance and blighted properties are some of the most common code enforcement complaints.

"I think that this tool is extremely important for the transparency of city operation and it holds the department accountable for every case that comes in, that way no case gets left behind. And ultimately everybody can see what's being complained about or what's being resolved,” says Lance Ferrato, Director of Licensing and Code Enforcement.

The dashboard does not display the personal information of who reports code violation or the person being accused of the violation.

The dashboard includes data beginning Jan. 1, 2026, and is updated daily.

You can reach the City of Reno's Code Enforcement department by calling 775-334-2229 or contacting Reno Direct at 775-334-4636 to report neighborhood issues.

You can see the dashboard yourself in the below link -
