The Elko County Sheriff’s Office is bringing back its annual "Cops & Burgers—Carl Cox Memorial" community event to support Nevada Special Olympics.
The event will take place on Wednesday, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., in the parking lot of the Elko County Sheriff’s Office at 775 W. Silver Street in Elko.
For $6, attendees can enjoy a meal that includes a choice of hamburgers, hot dogs, or chorizo, along with chips and a drink. Raffle prizes will also be available.
The Sheriff's Office says delivery options are available for those unable to attend.

All proceeds will go to Special Olympics Nevada to support programs that promote inclusive sports, education, leadership, and health for children and adults with intellectual disabilities.
