The Nevada Highway Patrol rushed out to I-580 on Friday night after a report of a driver on the wrong side of the interstate.
Around 7:30 p.m. Friday, a driver was reported to be heading southbound on the northbound side of I-580, around the Mill Street exit.
The wrong-way driver crashed and hit two other cars.
All three drivers involved in the crash had only minor injuries.
Officials say that impairment is suspected in the driver who was on the wrong side of the interstate.
I-580 was closed for a few hours as a result of the crash, but has since reopened.
