A fire near the Cares Campus sent one person to the hospital Tuesday evening.
It happened just before 6:30 p.m., according to the Reno Fire Department.
Firefighters say the fire started inside a room at the Accessible Space Inc. supportive housing building next to the Cares Campus. A sprinkler put the fire out before crews arrived.
One person was taken to the hospital. Fire officials said they were awake and alert, but they haven't released any information about their condition.
Investigators are still working to figure out what caused the fire.
