The Lyon County Sheriff's Office arrested two people this week on charges related to sex offender registration violations.
On Tuesday, July 28, members of the Sex Offender Task Force arrested 22-year-old Verdon Ahmad Davis-Deloney of Fernley.
Davis-Deloney is a Tier III sex registered offender.
An investigation determined he had failed to complete his required annual sex offender registration by his required registration date, according to a press release from the LCSO.
He was booked into the Lyon County Jail on one count of prohibited act by a sex offender - first offense.
On Wednesday, July 29, members of the Sex Offender Task Force arrested 71-year-old Fernley resident and Tier III sex offender Johnny Lee Lawson.
