The Lyon County Sheriff's Office (LCSO) has shared details of an arrest made Monday in Fernley.
According to a release from LSCO, the Investigations Division, Special Investigations Unit helped the California Highway Patrol Major Crime Unit to execute search and arrest warrants.
The warrants were served at a house on Heather Lane in Fernley.
The LCSO SWAT Team lead an operation to serve the warrant, and during the operation the team was able to safely take 41-year old Eric Daniel Brock of Fernley into custody.
Brock was arrested pursuant to the warrant issued out of California, and also booked into the Lyon County Jail on the charge of fugitive from justice.
He is currently facing extradition proceedings.
