The Lyon County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in finding an at-risk runaway teenage girl.

15-year-old Zoey Stephens was last seen in Dayton on Wednesday at around 1 p.m., according to a release posted to Facebook by the LCSO.

She was heading toward the Sutro area in Dayton and left a note saying she was safe in Carson City with someone her age.

She is white, five feet ten inches tall, with pink hair and brown eyes.

She was last seen wearing a grey long-sleeve shirt and black leggings.

Stephens is considered at-risk due to suffering from multiple medical conditions.

She has a history of running away and left her cell phone behind. She does have her school laptop, though.

Anyone who sees Stephens or has information on her whereabouts is asked to contact the Lyon County Sheriff's Office at (775) 463-6620.
