The USGS is reporting that a magnitude 4.7 earthquake hit near Susanville, California at 4:41 p.m. on Sunday night.
It hit roughly 10 miles away from Susanville, just North 'northwest of the city, according to a release from the Seismological Laboratory. It was also about 41 miles northwest away from Herlong, and about 45 miles north' northeast of Quincy.
A local Walmart in Susanville, had some of their grocery isles left as a mess after the earthquake struck. AÂ 2 News Nevada Viewer submitted these photos to our team.
