A Storey County man was arrested and is accused of attempting to be a part of a retail theft ring.
The Storey County Sheriff's Office arrested 50-year-old Robert Railey.
His bail has been set at $75,000.
Along with retail theft Railey allegedly committed residential burglary and grand larceny.
His arrest stems from an investigation that began in 2023.
