A crash involving three different cars is affecting traffic at an intersection tonight in south Reno.

Earlier, first responders reported to a call of a multiple car crash at the intersection of Double R Boulevard and South Meadows Parkway.

One of the cars appears to have rolled over in the crash, but no extrication was needed.

According to officials, one of the drivers suffered a seizure while driving - which is likely what led to the crash.

Only minor injuries were reported, and no one needed transportation to the hospital.

At the moment, South Meadows Pkwy is closed eastbound at Double R, and Double R Blvd is closed southbound at the intersection.

Officials estimate the lanes will be closed for a little while longer as crews clean up the crash.
