Nevada Health Link has selected eight licensed brokers to receive funding through its Fiscal Year 2027 Broker Award Program, expanding outreach efforts to connect Nevadans with free enrollment assistance for health insurance coverage.
The awards support marketing and community outreach efforts from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, helping licensed brokers and agents connect uninsured and underinsured people with qualified health and dental plans available through NevadaHealthLink.com.
The awardees were selected through a competitive application process evaluated by a committee of Nevada Health Authority staff. Applications were chosen based on proposed outreach strategies, community impact, and the ability to serve eligible people and families across Nevada.
Several of the selected brokers serve Northern Nevada communities, including Reno and Mesquite, while others serve Las Vegas and communities statewide.
The Plan Year 2027 Broker Award recipients for Northern Nevada include:
• Aware Benefits: Aaron Ware, Reno
• Nevada Silver Life & Health Agency: Gina Aguerre and John Collier, Reno
• R & J Insurance: Craig Freeze, Reno
• Nevada Benefits Corporation: Phillip Randazzo, Reno and Las Vegas
