A Henderson man has been indicted by a federal grand jury in Las Vegas on charges of threatening to kill President Donald Trump.
According to court documents, the FBI was notified on October 16 about five threatening posts uploaded to a YouTube channel.
The posts allegedly included threats to kill the president, carry out a mass shooting and commit other acts of violence. Investigators attributed the posts to Jason Randall Utlaut.
That same day, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department executed search warrants at Utlaut's home and vehicle in Henderson. Authorities seized 15 firearms, along with multiple magazines and ammunition.
He is charged with one count of threatening the president. If convicted, he faces a maximum sentence of five years in federal prison.
His arraignment is scheduled for November 18.
