Courage House Nevada, a nonprofit that helps sex trafficking survivors, is closing.
The northern Nevada facility only recently opened in April.
Organizers say the closure follows exhaustive efforts to acquire, develop, and license its campus.
They will be working with county officials to help make sure their remaining residents are safely transitioned to another placement.
