Reno Police say a man reported missing on Monday has been found safe and returned to the Alta Skilled Nursing Center in Reno.Â

The Reno Police Department is asking for help finding a missing and endangered elderly man.
71-year-old Frank Duarte was last seen around 3 p.m. on Monday, leaving the Alta Skilled Nursing Center on Hammill Lane in Reno, according to a release from the RPD.
Duarte is five feet eight inches tall and weighs 173 pounds. He has thinning gray hair and brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, white pajama pants, and brown boots.
He suffers from several medical conditions, which put him at extreme risk.
He is new to the area, does not have access to a vehicle, and does not have the funds for any form of transportation.
