Emergency crews responded to a car blocking travel lanes on I-580 South at Mill Street Thursday morning.
Traffic slowed briefly through the area, but according to highway cameras, lanes have since cleared.
Although traffic remains somewhat sluggish, it now appears to be typical of the morning commute.
It is still unclear what caused the incident or whether anyone was injured.
