A pedestrian has died from her injuries following a crash on Wednesday morning in the area of 4th and West Streets in Reno.
She was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries and died shortly after arriving at the hospital, according to a release from the Reno Police Department.
Speed and impairment do not appear to be factors in this crash.
The identity of the deceased is being withheld pending notification of next of kin.

A pedestrian suffered life-threatening injuries after she was hit by a car near West & 4th Streets in Reno late Wednesday morning.Â
Police say the driver stayed on scene after the crash and is cooperating with authorities.Â
The unidentified woman was transported to a nearby hospital.
It's unclear if alcohol, drugs or speeding were involved in the 11:20 a.m. crash.
Reno Police Department's Major Accident Investigation Team (MAIT) is on scene.
