The only suspect ever to be charged in the killing of Tupac Shakur in Las Vegas has lost a bid to have his murder case dismissed.
The judge ordered prosecutors and the defense to return to court over the summer for a status hearing.
Judge Carli Kierny found that the interview is admissible in Duane 'Keffe D' Davis' trial, which is scheduled to start Aug. 10.
