An investigator says parts of a business jet appear to have broken off before the aircraft crashed in Florida, killing nine people. National Transportation Safety Board member Tom Chapman said Monday that evidence found at the crash site indicates the aircraft was breaking up before making impact impact on Sunday. He says parts of the plane may be found some distance away.
