On Saturday, deputies from the Washoe County Sheriff's Office (WCSO) located 25-year-old fugitive out of Ohio, Randi Marion, at a storage unit in Sparks.

When deputies tried to arrest Marion, she fled in a stolen car.

The car was pinned in fencing after she hit multiple WCSO patrol vehicles, and rammed through two different fences. She was taken into custody without incident.

Marion was booked into the Washoe County Detention Facility on multiple felony charges including:

  • Obstructing and resisting with the use of a deadly weapon
  • Possession of a stolen vehicle
  • Destruction of real or personal property of another
  • Multiple fugitive warrants for burglary and theft-related charges.

In September, Marion was listed as the "Fugitive of the Week" by the U.S. Marshal Service of Northern Ohio.
