Permits have been filed for construction on a new Panera Bread location in the Spanish Springs area.
According to online records, an application has been approved for a location at 7901 Tierra Del Sol Parkway in Sparks.
Manna United LLC. is listed as the applicant.
Panera Bread already has three locations open in Washoe County, including one on West 5th Street near Keystone Avenue, one near the intersection of South Virginia Street and Neil Road, and a location at the University of Nevada, Reno.
