Due to the winter storm, some area schools will be closed or delayed on Monday, March 4.

All classes will be canceled for Incline Village schools in the Washoe County School District.

All other schools in the Washoe County School District will be on a two-hour delay, and winter bus stops are in effect.

Bishop Manogue Catholic High School will also be on a two-hour delay.

St. John's Childrens Center will be on a two-hour delay.

St. Albert the Great School and Child Development Center will both be on a two-hour delay.

Little Learner Preschool is on a 2-hour delay

All Storey County Schools will also be on a two-hour delay.

All schools in the Tahoe Truckee Unified School District will be closed for a snow day on Monday. Also, Lake Tahoe Unified School District schools are closed.

All Carson City School District schools will observe a two-hour delay. Buses will also operate on a two-hour delay. There will be no Pre-School classes or breakfast served at school.

The University of Nevada, Reno will delay the start of non-essential operations until 10 a.m. All classes before 10 a.m. are cancelled. Web classes and remote operations will continue as scheduled.

The UNR Redfield campus will also open at 10 a.m.

The UNR at Lake Tahoe's Wayne L. Prim Campus will be closed all day.

All TMCC campus locations will be closed until 10 a.m. on Monday. All classes and services will operate remotely before 10 a.m. via Canvas, Zoom or other internet-based tools. Regular in-person classes and services will resume once physical locations are open.

The Child Development Center at Western Nevada College will also operate on a two-hour weather delay this morning. As a result, the entire Carson City campus is on a two-hour delay.

As mentioned last night, the Fallon campus will operate with regular business hours.
