Skiers and Snowboarders were able to enjoy good weather this weekend at Mount Rose Ski Tahoe.
Many people came with their families and were able to teach their children the basics of skiing and snowboarding.
Locals said that they enjoy coming to Mount Rose as it is close to Reno, offers beginner and advanced runs, and the ski lift wait times are generally short.
"It's been great so far, just enjoying the spring weather," said Dan McEvoy. "I think we would all like a little more snow but if we can't have that, we will take the warm spring conditions."
Locals also say it is easy to teach others at the resort, as its beginner runs are pretty forgiving.
