NV Energy says effective Friday, April 1, NV Energy northern Nevada residential, commercial and industrial electric customers experienced an overall electric decrease of 3.58 percent. The company says natural gas residential, commercial and industrial customers experienced an overall gas decrease of 11.15 percent.
According to NV Energy, the reduced prices are the result of both lower fuel costs and lower total energy costs following recent changes made by the company, focused on gaining greater access to low-cost power.
