Plumas County Authorities Arrest Five in Parole, Probation Operation 

The Plumas County Sheriff’s Office says five people were arrested during a parole and probation sweep on Wednesday. 

Deputies say the operation was conducted countywide, along with CDC Parole and the Plumas County Probation Department. 

Authorities say they arrested 38-year-old Edward Andrew Marro, 44-year-old James Shannon Morais, 30-year-old Randy Forrest Knox, 44-year-old Tammy Lucille Warren and 65-yar-old Walter Steven Harmon on various charges including parole violation, resisting arrest, drug possession and illegal weapon possession.  

All five people were booked into the Plumas County Jail.
