Plumas County Sheriff's Deputies have arrested a man they say pulled a gun on employees and a customer inside a Portola food co-op on Thursday morning.
Deputies say 52-year-old Wayne Brown entered the Feather River Food Co-op and ordered employees and a patron to the rear of the store just before 10 a.m. Deputies say a short scuffle ensued between a clerk and Brown and eventually Brown was detained until authorities could arrive on scene.
Deputies say no one was hurt in the incident.
Brown is being held on $50,000 bail on four counts of false imprisonment. Additional weapon charges will be filed with the Plumas County District Attorney.
