Quentin Moore is now in custody. He is connected to a murder committed in Galena in June of 2018.
Reno Police are asking everyone to avoid the area of West 7th Street and Elgin Avenue due to a police stand-off.
Our reporter on scene says that police are talking to someone inside a residence asking them to come out.
West 7th Street is closed from Elgin to Stoker Ave.
