UPDATE: Our crew on scene reports the intersection of Pyramid and Victorian are working again, as well as the intersection of Rock and Mill.
Drivers are urged to use caution and treat affected traffic lights as a four-way stop if outages continue.
The Sparks Police Department reports a power outage between Pyramid Way and Victorian Avenue in Sparks on Thursday afternoon.
They said NV Energy is working to fix the issue but there is no estimated time to restore power yet.
Sparks Police said the city is aware of the outage and is trying to get traffic signs in place. They are still urging drivers to avoid the area if possible.
They want to remind motorists that if you need to travel in the area, intersections revert to the functions of a regular 4-way stop in the case of power outages.
