Raley’s grocery stores first launched online shopping available for pick-up in 2016. Now the Nevada and northern California based supermarket is kicking off phase two of their e-commerce platform.

All you need is a computer, a Raley’s account and a credit card, and the supermarket will deliver the items you want straight to your home.

“Almost everything in our store can be ordered online, you cannot do anything that's age restricted so the alcohol or the cough syrups you can't get yet,” said Renee Baker, Raley’s E-Cart team leader.

The items that are available for delivery are handpicked by a Raley’s associate.Currently Raley’s is processing about 3 to 4 delivery orders a day. Every customer can select up to 50 items to be placed into their shopping cart online. When the employee finishes your order, they’ll even give you a call if an item you want is not in stock.

“We get it through our register, we bag it up and then we put it in the appropriate coolers and then we wait for the delivery to come get it,” said Baker.

Delivery is only available to select zip codes within a 25 minute radius of participating Raley’s stores. The order will cost you the price of the groceries, plus a 5 dollar delivery fee. Each delivery will make it to your home within 2 to 3 hours as long as you're home.

Currently Raley's is only offering the delivery service at the store on Mayberry Drive, the store on Mt .Rose highway and also Robb Drive. The company hopes to expand the service to additional locations after the New Year.
