The Reno Fire Department knocked down a structure fire that sparked around 10 p.m. Sunday.

Fire crews were called out to the fire at a home on the 400 block of Thoma Street near Wells Avenue.

Nearby buildings were threatened by the blaze, but fire crews were able to contain the fire to the back of the house, and extinguish it quickly.

The Reno Fire Department says investigators concluded the cause of the fire was accidental. They said they identified two heating sources that may have started the fire, but they were not sure which one sparked the blaze.
