The Reno Police Department Main Station Front Desk will be closed from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday so that RPD support staff employees can attend the James D. Hoff Peace Officer Memorial.
Citizens who need to file a report that does not require an Officer to respond can do so by going to renopd.com and clicking on “File a Report.” Citizens can also contact the non-emergency line of Reno Police Dispatch at 775-334-2677 if they have additional questions.
The annual James D. Hoff Peace Officer Memorial ceremony will be held on Friday, May 4 at Idlewild Park in Reno from 10 a.m. to noon. The Hoff Memorial was the first state memorial recognizing officers who have died in the line of duty in Nevada.
