Nevada Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal motorcycle crash that happened in Fallon on May 25. 

Troopers responded to the crash around 2:21 p.m. on U.S. 95 and Lazy Heart Lane. 

Investigators say a white 2012 Ford F-350 pickup was heading south on US-95 towards Lazy Heart Lane when the pickup tried to turn left. 

A tan Suzuki Hayabusa motorcycle was heading north on US-95 when the truck turned in front of the motorcycle. Officials say the motorcycle hit the right side of the pickup, causing the rider to be ejected from the motorcycle. 

32-year-old Kerek Williams of Charleston, South Carolina was pronounced dead at the scene, officials say. 

Nevada Highway Patrol Multi-Disciplinary Investigation and Reconstruction Team is investigating the crash. 


Nevada Highway Patrol is looking for witnesses to a fatal motorcycle crash that happened near U.S. 95 and Lazy Heart Lane in Fallon on Tuesday. 

NHP says the crash happened around 2:21 p.m. and involved a white Ford pick-up truck and/or a gray motorcycle with red wheels. 

The motorcyclist's name has not yet been released.
