Ruth's Chris Steak House made their official debut at the Silver Legacy on Monday afternoon.
The restaurant welcomed Eldorado Resorts, Inc. leadership, Reno Mayor Hillary Schieve, the Food Bank of Northern Nevada and community members for a celebratory Steak Cutting event.
Guests of honor were able to make the first cuts into signature Ruth's Chris steaks, served on 500-degree plates.
General Manager Gary Steininger also presented a donation to the Food Bank of Northern Nevada.
Ruth's Chris Steak House was founded by Ruth Fertel more than 50 years ago in New Orleans, Louisiana. There are now 150 restaurant locations around the globe.
